About James D. Griffith
Jim has lived in Arizona for decades and has seen the forty-eighth state grow and prosper. Jim completed a bachelor's degree in history at Western Illinois University, and he completed his law degree at Phoenix School of Law. While in law school, he served as Editor in Chief of Phoenix Law Review.
Jim is an experienced, compassionate attorney who seeks to help client attain their business and estate-planning goals. His legal experience includes business and transactional matters, civil litigation, estate planning and probate, real estate, and other practice areas. Jim strives to work collaboratively with clients by understanding their business and estate-planning needs from a real-world perspective and providing effective, practical solutions that minimize disruptive problems and support the client’s business and personal goals.
When not practicing law, Jim enjoys running and reading.

Fees
EBL offers some services on a flat-fee basis. The flat fee may vary depending on the complexity and scope of work under the flat-fee agreement with the client. Flat-Fee Estate Planning Services
Estate-planning services generally include intake/consultation with the client(s), drafting estate-planning documents, consultation with client to revise and finalize the draft documents, a meeting to sign the final documents, and a binder with the signed originals. In addition to will(s) or trust and will(s), packages include financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney, living will (advance directive), HIPAA medical authorization, one deed (if needed), and up to two assignments of of LLC interest (if needed).
